Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to support our Accounting & Finance Department with administrative tasks, data entry, and the preparation of tax documents. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of tax regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure, especially during tax season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns (monthly, quarterly and annually)
  • Gather, organize, and verify financial and tax-related data from clients or internal sources.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients to request missing information or clarify data.
  • Perform basic tax calculations under supervision.
  • Help prepare tax reports for the General Manager or Accountant.
  • Monitor filing deadlines and ensure timely submission of tax documents.
  • Support audit and compliance processes as needed.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy other 4-year Finance courses.
  • Previous experience or internship in a tax/accounting environment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of basic tax principles and accounting procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Xero.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
