Duties and Responsibilities

Assisting with a company's adherence to laws and regulations by managing and maintaining compliance-related documentation.

Key duties include organizing and updating compliance records, preparing reports, assisting with audits, and ensuring that documentation is accurate and complete.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of relevant regulations.

  • Document management: Maintain and update compliance records, databases, and files to ensure they are accurate, complete, and current.
  • Report and audit assistance: Help prepare reports and summaries for management and senior leadership, and assist in conducting internal audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Regulatory monitoring: Stay current on relevant laws and regulations and assist in monitoring and evaluating compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the compliance team, which may include scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure compliance requirements are understood and met.
  • Review and update: Assist in reviewing marketing materials, questionnaires, and other compliance-related documents.
