As a Project-Based Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Associate for our Online Shopping & E-Commerce account in Tarlac, you'll be handling order-related inquiries. You'll assist customers with return or refund issues, guide them through the process of returning items, and help them change or cancel their orders as needed. Your support will ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers, enhancing their trust in our services.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Provide bilingual customer support (English + Japanese) across multiple channels
  • Maintain strong operational knowledge of products and services, prices, marketing, and promotional events;
  • Provide clear and professional answers to various questions regarding customers' order issues;
  • Meet all productivity and quality requirements and guidelines;
  • Model and work by the company's core values; and
  • Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals

You'll be a great match if you are/have:

  • Proficient in Japanese (spoken and written), with good English communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computers
