Responsibilities:

  • Presented company offerings while collecting feedback to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Recommended appropriate solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Built strong partnerships with stakeholders in both private and public sectors.
  • Delivered product and service orientations to internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitored industry trends, competitor activities, and client insights to inform business strategies.
  • Supported marketing initiatives and business development campaigns to achieve growth targets.
  • Coordinated with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth documentation and process flow.
  • Assisted in preparing reports, presentations, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Maintained accurate and organized client records for easy reference.
  • Generated weekly activity reports, monthly action plans, and performance updates.
  • Recommended workflow and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Provided administrative and operational assistance as required by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in a financial institution or a

related industry.

  • Additional Advantage: Established networks or a client base.
