OLFU is in need of a Research Specialist to assist in the preparation and submission of scholarly works, maintaining accurate research records, coordinating with faculty and research teams, ensuring compliance with institutional and publication guidelines, and supporting overall research dissemination efforts to promote academic excellence and knowledge sharing with the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, executing, and deploying research projects to support organizational goals to produce more quality research and scholarly work.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any college-level degree

- Background in research publication is desired

The Research Specialist in Ethics plays a vital role in supporting the ethical integrity of the institution's research and academic activities. This position is responsible for conducting ethical reviews, maintaining accurate documentation, assisting in policy development, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations, and supporting the institution's commitment to responsible and principled research practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing expertise, guidance.

oversight, and management of IERC office procedures for ethical clearance to ensure OLFU adherence to established ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

-Graduate of any college-level degree

-Background in ethics committee is desired
