The Marketing / Brand Associate supports the execution of marketing strategies and product-related initiatives across FMCG, healthcare, and personal care categories. The role assists in campaign implementation, performance reporting, market analysis, and maintaining client relationships. It requires collaboration across departments to ensure brand consistency, timely project delivery, and effective customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate product launches, sampling programs, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, market trends, and campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Interface with clients and trade partners to support brand presentations and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate product databases and marketing materials.
  • Monitor inventory, POS materials, and promotional item usage.
  • Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, regulatory, supply chain).
  • Participate in events, trainings, and client meetings as needed.
  • Provide administrative and documentation support to the Brand/Product team.

Educational requirement/Licensure requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.

Required years of experience:

  • 1–3 years experience in a brand, product, or marketing support role in FMCG, healthcare, or personal care industries.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (client-facing).
  • Analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of brand building and marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with market research tools and campaign analytics.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and presentation tools.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Collaborative and adaptable under pressure.
  • Digital-savvy and aware of emerging market trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
