Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day investment operations and administrative tasks.
  • Review and record all transactions and details.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, portfolio reviews, bank reconciliation and management presentations.
  • Monitor portfolios for compliance with investment guidelines and risk parameters.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., operations, accounting).
  • Track and maintain a database of economic indicators, market trends, and news relevant to portfolio holdings.
  • Support the execution of trades and settlement processes, as needed.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for internal meetings and performance reviews.
  • Assist in developing asset allocation and other portfolio performance-enhancing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in investment management, financial services, or a related industry (internships included).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, instruments, markets, and investment concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
