Description:


• Review IT and cybersecurity issues to ensure they align with enterprise-wide definitions before

they are entered into the IT Issue Management System.


• Validate the classification, risk severity, and potential impact of IT issues.


• Monitor and track IT issues from identification to resolution, ensuring timely remediation.


• Analyze IT risks related to security, compliance, operations, and infrastructure.


• Develop risk assessment reports and provide recommendations to mitigate identified risks.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure IT risk management practices align with industry

standards and regulations.


• Ensure IT and cybersecurity risk management policies and procedures comply with regulatory

frameworks


• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations on

IT risk controls.


• Utilize the IT Issue Management System to track, report, and manage IT issues.


• Generate risk and issue reports for leadership, providing insights on trends and areas of

concern.


• Work closely with IT security, operations, and compliance teams to enhance risk identification

and response.

Qualifications:

Must have:


• Technical background on Cyber and IT


• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory

requirements


• Hands-on experience with IT Issue Management Systems

Nice to have:


• Certifications: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, or ITIL
