Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Accounting Supervisor based in Central Visayas, Philippines. The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supervising the accounting team. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and assisting with audits to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and basic Financial Analysis tools
  • Experience in Planning, Budgeting, and Cash Flow Management
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in accounting or finance is a plus
