TRAINING CENTER MANAGER
We are hiring a Training Center Manager to lead the overall operations of our training center. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in training or academic management, and the ability to oversee programs, people, and daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, HR, Training & Development, or related fields
- 3–5 years experience managing a training center, school, or corporate L&D team
- Background in curriculum/training development and staff supervision
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiar with LMS or digital training tools
- Master's Degree or PRC license/retired educator is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily training center operations and staff
- Oversee training schedules, modules, and program improvements
- Maintain documentation, reports, attendance, and training records
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and quality training delivery
- Monitor trainee performance and implement improvements
Preferred:
- Experience in TESDA-accredited centers or academic administration
- Background in HR, coaching, or corporate learning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
