Ad Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all duties of ad operations including campaign setup, troubleshooting, tracking/reporting analysis and reconciliation, and optimizations.
  • Effectively communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch schedules, performance, etc. to client contacts as well as our internal teams.
  • Perform quality assurance checks and debug issues with campaigns to ensure that line items and html creative have been set up correctly and are delivering across all devices
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming requests.
  • Maintain a high level of organization across the Operational team.
  • Assist with documenting, updating, and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for client accounts
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and address ideas to improve the Ops process
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
  • Working knowledge of Excel, basic HTML code, and a strong attention to detail required.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of ad operations, especially in performance marketing or affiliate networks.
  • Experience setting up campaigns in tracking platforms and creating tracking links/pixels.
  • Able to troubleshoot tracking and conversion issues across devices and browsers.
  • Clear communicator who can update clients and internal teams on campaign status and issues.
  • Comfortable managing many tasks at once and using tools to stay organized.
  • Experience documenting processes and helping improve workflows.
  • Basic skills in Excel for reporting and analysis, and basic HTML for troubleshooting creatives.
  • A plus but not required: Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and managing publisher relationships.

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
