About the Role

We're looking for a
Part-Time Advertising Operations (AdOps) Specialist
to support our digital advertising and email marketing initiatives. The role requires strong analytical and technical skills to ensure campaigns run smoothly, adhere to industry standards, and deliver measurable results.

You will manage ad trafficking, tracking, and reporting across digital channels using
Google Ad Manager
and
Matomo Analytics
, while maintaining compliance with
IAB standards
and privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, schedule, and optimize digital ad campaigns through
    Google Ad Manager
    .
  • Implement and verify tracking through
    Matomo Analytics
    for accurate reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with
    IAB standards
    and internal ad policies.
  • Execute and monitor
    email campaigns
    , including audience segmentation and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Prepare concise reports and insights for optimization.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in
    AdOps
    ,
    media trafficking
    , or
    digital campaign management
    .
  • Proficient in
    Google Ad Manager
    and
    Matomo Analytics
    .
  • Understanding of
    IAB compliance
    , tagging, and campaign tracking.
  • Experience managing and reporting on email campaigns.
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    Google Tag Manager
    or similar tag management systems.
  • Familiarity with
    Mailchimp
    ,
    SendGrid
    , or similar email platforms.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
