Offshore Marketing & Social Media Manager

Location: Remote (Offshore)

We're seeking a Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead a team of 4 - 5 content creators and oversee the execution of strategic marketing and social campaigns. This is a hands-on role that blends leadership, content strategy, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 4 - 5 social media content creators
  • Interact with clients via WhatsApp during the final 4 hours of each shift - this includes sending over content for approval, gathering feedback, and ensuring all client communication is clear, prompt, and professional.
  • Manage content scheduling across multiple social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) using scheduling tool (social Pilot)
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform features to ensure our content stays relevant and engaging.
  • Maintain clear communication with senior management, ensuring all marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
  • Check in daily with the team to ensure all assigned work is completed, track the number of content pieces produced
  • Coordinate with creative and editing teams to ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and deadlines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing. Proven experience leading and managing small content teams.
  • Strong understanding of multi-platform social media strategies, content marketing, and digital growth.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in client-facing communication (especially via WhatsApp).

Contract Details

  • Rate: ₱80,000 PHP per month
  • Shift: 12-hour shifts, Tuesday to Friday (4 days per week)
  • Payment: Paid monthly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80,000.00 per month
