Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused
CRM Specialist
who will manage customer lifecycle initiatives, develop retention strategies, and execute data-driven campaigns to enhance player engagement. This role requires a strong background in CRM platforms —
experience with Optimove is a major advantage
— as well as a solid understanding of customer segmentation, behavioral insights, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels.
  • Use
    Optimove
    to build customer journeys, manage segmentation, deploy personalized campaigns, and analyze results.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize based on data insights and user behavior.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to launch promotions, retention programs, and loyalty initiatives.

Customer Segmentation & Insights

  • Analyze customer activity, betting behavior, churn risks, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Build advanced segmentation strategies to improve acquisition quality, retention rates, and reactivation.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and personalized user engagement.

Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop CRM roadmaps aligned with business goals and seasonal sports events.
  • Continuously test and improve campaigns through A/B experimentation.
  • Recommend improvements to customer journey, funnel performance, and platform engagement.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on CRM KPIs such as retention, activation, churn rate, ROI, and campaign performance.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of CRM experience
    , preferably in online gaming, sports betting, e-commerce, fintech, or digital platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Optimove
    — segmentation, orchestration, journeys, analytics.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and customer analytics dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention strategy, and churn prevention.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
