Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Intelligence and Reporting Support position based in Pasay City, with a mix of office work and remote work options. The individual will be responsible for supporting the business intelligence and reporting needs of the organization. This includes analyzing data, designing, and maintaining data models, managing extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes, and aiding with efficient data warehousing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide accurate reporting and analysis to guide decision-making is an essential aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and insights within complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Data Analytics tools and practices to generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with Data Warehousing techniques and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for smooth data integration and management.
  • Expertise in Data Modeling to structure and organize data for scalable and efficient processing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence are a plus.
  • Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
