About the role

In this role, you'll collaborate across key stakeholders in the business to develop and execute marketing and onboarding campaigns with the aim to showcase the value of insurance and risk management offerings that will drive broker engagement and customer adoption.

What you'll do:

  • Work across teams to research insights and trends to create impactful marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Build and optimize email communications using advanced marketing technology tools
  • Guide onboarding and customer renewal campaigns, helping customers leverage risk management technology to prevent future issues
  • Manage branded marketing materials with the design and lifecycle marketing teams
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as response, open and conversion rates
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and optimization

What you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing content and performance metrics for email campaigns
  • Experience with email marketing automation tool and CMS platforms
  • Strong priority and project management skills for multiple content campaigns to meet deadlines 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail to interpret data and identify trends to provide insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create engaging presentation narratives
