YOUR ROLE AS DIGITAL CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's online presence and drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
  • SEO & SEM Optimization: Improve website ranking and visibility by conducting keyword research, on-page SEO, backlink strategies, and paid search (PPC) campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement content strategies that drive organic traffic and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting tools. Provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and staying up-to-date with social trends.
  • Email Marketing: Plan, create, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, promotions, and customer retention.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Design and execute strategies for driving qualified traffic and converting leads through landing pages, offers, and calls to action.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and development teams to optimize user experience, website traffic, and engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with proven success in running digital campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, etc.), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), and WordPress.
  • Knowledge of SEO & SEM: Strong understanding of SEO principles, SEM strategies, and keyword research.
  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Ability to write compelling, engaging copy for social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong skills in data analysis and reporting to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or experience using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
