We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Sales Support to join our client's team in Australia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured sales environment, enjoys managing leads, and values building relationships that convert into long-term customer partnerships.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Any bachelor's degree, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in sales support, CRM management, or administration (preferably within an RTO, education, or training industry).
  • Familiarity in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging professionally with clients.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Management: Maintain, update, and optimise the company's CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and communications.
  • Lead Management: Organise, prioritise, and follow up on new and existing leads to maximise conversion rates.
  • Relationship Management: Support the sales team in nurturing client relationships through consistent communication and excellent service delivery.
  • Outbound Sales Support: Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients, follow up on inquiries, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Data Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead activity, sales performance, and CRM insights for management review.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in CRM utilisation and sales processes to enhance efficiency and results.

This role is subject to a number of skills and possible practical tests.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
