Seda Manila Bay is seeking a dependable and experienced Security Supervisor to help ensure the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to stay calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the daily operations of the security team.
  • Ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees, and hotel assets.
  • Monitor and review security systems and incident reports.
  • Train and mentor security staff, maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.
  • Coordinate with hotel management and external agencies during emergencies.
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with hotel and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel or facility security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Physically fit and able to respond quickly to incidents.
