Job Description

The Field Collector is responsible for the timely and accurate collection of payments from customers, ensuring that daily collection targets are met. This role requires independence, technical skills in managing kiosk functionality, and the ability to effectively communicate and report to supervisors. The Field Collector must manage their time efficiently, work under pressure, and handle additional responsibilities as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consistently reports to work on time and demonstrates reliability and troubleshooting skills, especially during emergencies.
  • Performs assigned duties with minimal supervision, showcasing the ability to work independently and manage workload effectively to meet collection targets.
  • Efficiently manages time and tasks to achieve daily collection goals according to the schedule.
  • Maintains a high standard of performance and completes tasks even under pressure.
  • Acts with honesty and fairness in interactions with colleagues and customers, taking full responsibility for assigned duties.
  • Provides technical assistance for malfunctioning or non-functional kiosks, ensuring they are promptly repaired and operational.
  • Conducts commissioning and deployment of kiosks, ensuring they are fully prepared for use.
  • Delivers accurate and comprehensive reports to the Area Collection Section Supervisor on kiosk status and performance.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and customers, ensuring smooth information flow and collaboration.
  • Proactively accepts and handles additional responsibilities as required.
  • Compliance with e-tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
  • Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
