Job DescriptionIN THIS ROLE:This Application Developer position will be responsible for developing, documenting, and supporting standard reports within the company's systems for the clients. Industry standard tools will be used to develop reports. Interaction with the end user to establish report requirements may be necessaryABOUT YOU:You will perform the development, maintenance, internal testing of standard/non-complex client dashboardYou will maintain accurate and timely processing of data extraction/ collection and follow quality control process and risk mitigation effortsYou will develop knowledge of client specific requirements and deliverables and be responsible for entering and maintaining the accurate data shown in the client reports and/or dashboardYou will perform the development, maintenance, internal testing of standard/non-complex client dashboardYou will execute and interpret SQL queries. Update data source query based on the client's requirement, as and when neededYou will collaborate with client services to understand and troubleshoot dashboard issues and develop appropriate solutionsYou will assists in client onboarding activities and any change request related to the above tasks and/or develop demo dashboard, as and when neededYou will follow definition of done and process around Azure DevOps and identify new dashboard features, seek improvement and efficiencies on existing client workbook and processYou will Track work progress through timesheet completion; review and create documentation for the dashboardYou will follow prescribed workflows and escalation procedures and participate in workshops and required training programsYou will conduct self-reviews to maintain quality standards and assist senior team members with routine assignmentsYou will support in overseeing and managing incoming communication from the other AOS team members/Client/Investor'sWHAT WE OFFER Comprehensive remuneration: Motivating financial packages based upon market rates for your role and is proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profilePension Scheme: Generous employer contribution with the ability to allow and increase employee contributionsWellbeing:HMO on Day 1: Covers the Primary member up to two (2) dependents at 100% of the monthly premium. Any additional dependent will be covered by the employeeGroup Life & Accident Insurance CoverageMental Health Access thru partnership with MindNationAnnual leave: All our employees are entitled to 26 days paid leave, plus all PH public holidays. As such, we offer Hybrid (70% WFH – 30% Onsite) **First 60 days candidate will need to render 100% Onsite for OnboardingSupport and development: We will ensure you have the right training, tools and development plan to grow and improve your skills every dayQualifications ABOUT YOU:You have Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, computer science, information systems, engineering, accounting, finance or a related fieldYou have at least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics, working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture, and complex data setsYou have Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with a particular focus on Excel skillsYou have basic understanding business intelligence and data analyticsYou have basic knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools (ex.
