Overview

We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead affiliate partnerships across e-commerce platforms and oversee influencer collaborations that drive measurable sales impact. This role combines data-driven affiliate marketing with strategic influencer campaigns, giving you the opportunity to build scalable partnerships that fuel revenue, brand engagement, and customer loyalty. You will also mentor a small team of specialists to deliver high-performing campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand affiliate programs across e-commerce channels.
  • Recruit, negotiate, and optimize performance-based affiliate partners.
  • Oversee influencer collaborations that complement affiliate campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
  • Plan affiliate-driven promotions, product launches, and community initiatives.
  • Track and analyze performance across affiliates and influencer campaigns, reporting on ROI, conversions, and revenue impact.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.
  • Lead and mentor Affiliate and Influencer Specialists to achieve KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to strengthen strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or e-commerce growth.
  • Experience managing or supporting influencer collaborations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign ROI.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Passion for consumer brands (beauty, lifestyle, or retail is a plus).

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
