Key Responsibilities·

  • Develop and execute marketing communication plans aligned with business goals and target audiences.·
  • Manage and grow affiliate marketing programs, including onboarding affiliates, tracking performance, optimizing affiliate offers, and ensuring consistent communication and branding.·
  • Create, curate, and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring brand consistency, engaging creatives, and timely posting.· Write compelling marketing copy for a variety of channels: social media posts, email newsletters, affiliate communications, website content, etc.·
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other internal/external teams for collateral, visual assets, and campaign materials.·
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (social media engagement, affiliate traffic and conversions, campaign ROI), and prepare reports with insights & recommendations.·
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and social media trends; propose new channels or tactics to improve reach and engagement.·
  • Assist in maintaining brand voice, style, and messaging across all communication touchpoints.·
  • Support in organizing or coordinating events, launches, promotions, or other marketing initiatives as required.

Minimum Qualifications·

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a closely related field.· Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Marketing Communications Specialist or equivalent), including hands-on experience in social media management and affiliate marketing.· Skills & Competencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles (tracking, commission structures, affiliate tools/software).o Basic analytics skills: able to read social media metrics, affiliate performance data, campaign performance, and draw actionable insights.
  • Good organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with deadlines Creative mindset; able to generate ideas and content that engages and converts Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (content, design, affiliates).· Technical Tools
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.), affiliate network/software tools, basic content management systems, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or platform-native stats).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
