Position: Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager (Beauty Brand)

We are seeking a dynamic Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to champion our beauty brand’s creator partnerships and affiliate network. This role leads a team of specialists to deliver impactful campaigns that inspire beauty communities, amplify brand presence, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Cultivate strong, long-term collaborations with beauty influencers, content creators, and KOLs who reflect our brand identity.
• Plan and execute influencer-driven campaigns, product launches, and beauty events to spark engagement and brand loyalty.
• Serve as the main connection point between the brand, influencers, affiliates, and community partners, ensuring seamless communication.
• Manage affiliate initiatives such as TikTok partnerships and beauty community activations to expand reach and conversions.
• Grow and optimize the affiliate network through performance-based strategies tailored to beauty consumers.
• Guide and mentor Influencer and Affiliate Specialists to ensure creative, high-performing campaigns.
• Track beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and creator landscape shifts to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI) with actionable recommendations for the Head of Marketing.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and staying ahead of consumer and industry trends.
