OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our brand partnerships, manage campaigns, and grow our affiliate and influencer network. This role requires a passion for beauty and cosmetics, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a small team in a fast paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and execute affiliate and influencer marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and affiliates.
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including communication, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Lead and supervise a team of up to 8 staff, providing guidance and support.
- Stay updated on beauty and cosmetics industry trends to apply best practices in campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, administration, or marketing support roles.
- Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a small team.
