Overview We’re hiring: TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager (Experienced in Creator Outreach & Growth) Remote | $5–$6 USD/hour | 2-month trial → long-term role What You’ll Do Recruit and onboard TikTok Shop creators (5K–50K followers) who fit our brand. Manage affiliate relationships: motivate, support, and track their performance. Run structured outreach via Euka, JoinBrands, and TikTok Shop. Analyze content performance and double down on what converts. Build a gamified creator reward system to boost consistency and retention. Coordinate with creative, ops, and fulfillment teams for seamless campaigns. What We’re Looking For Proven TikTok Shop affiliate management experience that led to sales growth. Deep understanding of TikTok Shop algorithms, commission setups, and affiliate tools. Hands-on use of outreach platforms (Euka, Grin, JoinBrands, etc.). Confident communicator with experience managing multiple creators at once. Analytical mindset — you can track, optimize, and report results clearly. Compensation $5–$6 USD/hour (based on experience) 2-month trial with potential for a long-term role Performance bonuses tied to sales and active affiliate metrics What Success Looks Like 30–50 new quality creators onboarded monthly A scalable TikTok Shop ecosystem that grows organically How to Apply Send a short message including: Links or screenshots showing campaigns or dashboards you’ve managed.
