  • Plan and execute store-specific digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize online advertising budgets and ROI
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and external agencies for the production of visual assets
  • Support store-level promotional events (launches, campaigns, seasonal sales)
  • Develop and distribute content tailored for the Philippine market (e.g., blog posts, social media captions, email newsletters)
  • Coordinate with the Singapore HQ and local store staff to ensure campaign alignment
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on marketing effectiveness
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Manage local influencer/affiliate marketing efforts, when applicable

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3-4 advertising projects related to retail or lifestyle brands
  • Proven hands-on experience in digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
  • Knowledge of local digital trends and consumer behavior
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other marketing platforms is a plus
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Can work onsite in Makati.
