Position Title: Marketing Associate

Your Responsibilities as a Marketing Associate

  • Generate, plan, and execute campaigns, marketing activities, and social media calendar for the assigned brand/s
  • Seek brand partners, influencers, key opinion leaders, communities, organizations, etc. that can further expand the assigned brands' market exposure and awareness.
  • Assist the Content Team in creating copies for the company's online/digital campaigns (website, social media, newsletters, etc.)
  • Research and provide suggestions in line with the latest and best copy writing practices.
  • Help develop, revise, and proofread copies for the company's marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure goals are aligned with the project's needs and objectives.
  • Work closely in aligning campaigns and in collaboration with the Creatives Team in producing marketing assets. -
  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
  • Produce well-researched content for publication.
  • Communicate and cooperate with an SEO, marketing, and design department.
  • Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
  • Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs Identifying customers' needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
  • Perform additional duties and help with other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications as a Marketing Associate

  • Preferably have experience working in industries such as; Office Furniture, Office Planning, Real Estate, Design or alike.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Advertising & Marketing.
  • Experience in advertising, marketing, product management and brand management.
  • Good presentation skills & exceptionally strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, a quick learner, proactive, persistent, an achiever.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Project Management for the development of marketing campaigns.
  • Must be very creative – product concepts, designs, brand / product management and marketing strategies.
  • Shows high degree of self-confidence and maturity and projects a strong sense of leadership.
  • Pleasant Personality
  • Have knowledge or experience in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ig Ads, TikTok ads, Meta Business, and other digital online ads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
