Responsibilities

  • Plan for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Research and compare products and services to be purchased.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Maintain inventory and supplier records.
  • Ensure company procurement policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Leading negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
  • Facilitating communications between external partners and organization stakeholders.
  • Reviewing and executing contracts with supply and service partners.
  • Conducting research of new suppliers and vendors to meet organizational demands
  • Process and examine the accuracy of PO

Qualification

At least 1-2 years experience specialized in Purchasing is an advantage.

With interpersonal and communication skills.

Highly adaptable and goal-oriented Demonstrate a strong work-ethic and customer focused mindset.

Candidate must be able to work under minimum supervision.
