• Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
• B2C/B2B Process from walk-in clients, calls, and online inquiries
• Research and study clients' specifications
• Excellent Selling and Negotiation Skills
• Meet the monthly sales target
• Suggest suitable travel options that best suit clients' needs
• Offer and promote different services and offerings
• Keep learning about the latest industry trends
• Attend webinars, conferences, and other educational programs
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Track KPIs and prepare KPI reports

• With or Without Experience
• Passionate about travel and tourism
• Good understanding of tourism jargon
• Proficiency in English (Written and Verbal)
• Good sales and presentation skills
• Computer Skills
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Team player
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• BA in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or similar relevant field
• Willing to Travel
