Business Development Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Business Development Specialist
to help us grow our telecom solutions for small businesses. Your main role will be to
make 30–40 cold calls per day (approx. 3 hours of work)
and send follow-up emails to generate interest, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our sales leader to close deals.

This is a high-impact role where performance is rewarded. You'll receive a
$200 base plus uncapped commission
, with potential salary increase after probation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold call 30–40 small businesses daily to pitch telecom products and services.
  • Send follow-up emails to interested prospects and nurture engagement.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the closing team.
  • Track outreach and results in CRM.
  • Consistently meet weekly appointment-setting targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Self-starter who can stay motivated in a remote, part-time setup.
  • Experience in sales, telecom, or small business outreach is an asset (but not mandatory).

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Pay:
    $200 (with potential increase after probation).
  • Commission:
    Uncapped earnings based on appointments/deals closed.
  • Schedule:
    Just 3 hours/day, part-time, fully remote.
