DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research, analyze & develop investment opportunities, investment prospects, & potential acquisition.
  • Assist in the implementation of the strategy & recommend results of the analysis.
  • Read and understand all documents in relation to the projects (i.e, financing agreement, joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements, loan agreements, among others)
  • Helps prepare financial models for proposed projects, coordinate with various internal and external parties to ensure that all assumptions considered are accurate, reasonable and verified, and safeguard the financial metrics of the company are met (IRR, NPV, EV, EV/ EBITDA Multiples, Debt/ EBITDA Multiples, P/E Multiples, EBITDA Margins, NI Margins, DE Ratio, DSCR ratio).
  • Assist in the preparation & presentation of business cases highlighting the company's unique selling proposition, business studies, technical & financial proposals.
  • Maintains and update on socio-economic data, national and local economic outlook, economic scanning financials, valuations, and stock price monitoring on partners, competitors, and other listed companies to provide the Business Development managers with insights on current market conditions and industry landscape
  • Performs data analytics and provides recommendations on customers, issues encountered and resolved, pain points.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field,

  2. Skills:

  3. Knows how to compute key financial metrics, IRR, NPV, EV, EBITDA, Debt/EBITDA Multiples, P/E Multiples, EBITDA Margin, Debt Service Coverage ratio,

  4. Strong visualization skills
  5. Possesses business writing skills
  6. Knows how to do extensive research on topics/ projects identified
  7. Knowledge in preparation of proposals
  8. Strong computer skills and substantial knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
