Key Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices, Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements,
- and customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting Support the accounting team with
- various administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy / Accounting Management or any related business course.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounts payable and receivable.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Hotel or hospitality industry background is a plus, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
