Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson at Shang Properties, Inc. located in Metro Manila. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property sales, including prospecting clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a combination of in-person work at the company's location as well as the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Real Estate Knowledge ( Preferred but not required )
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Can work independently in a hybrid setup
  • Previous experience in Real Estate sales is a plus
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
