Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence across multiple platforms. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive growth
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize for ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years relevant experience as a Social Media Specialist
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with ability to produce engaging content.
  • Experience with paid advertising and campaign management is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and adjusting strategies.
