Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, located in Metro Manila. Manage and grow social media channels, create engaging content, analyze performance, and support market campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or any related field (or any 4-year course with relevant experience).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.,)
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting, storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or similar tools) is an advantage
  • Experience in running paid ads managing campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail
