What is your mission?

We are looking for a skilled B2B Collections Analyst to manage high-value portfolios, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments. The ideal candidate has hands-on ERP experience (SAP or Oracle), familiarity with portals like Ariba or Coupa, and a proactive approach to collections and account management.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage assigned collections portfolio and determine accounts requiring investigation.
  • Prioritize collection workload based on delinquency level and management policies.
  • Contact clients to arrange payment and resolve outstanding balances.
  • Escalate issues that delay or prevent payments for prompt resolution.
  • Collect declined credit card invoices in accordance with company policy.
  • Research and apply credits, refunds, and adjustments to customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate customer data within ERP systems.
  • Review and interpret bill of ladings and proof-of-delivery documents.
  • Manage and research accounts through electronic invoicing platforms (Ariba, B2B, etc.).
  • Prepare and present account status updates and aging reports during reviews.
  • Support ad-hoc and special projects as assigned.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Experience working with vendor online portals like Ariba and Coupa for collections.
  • Proven understanding of manual collections processes — able to prioritize and manage workloads without automated dashboards.
  • Experience handling large portfolios of at least $5M–$25M+ in receivables.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.
