Job Description
As an Operations & Customer Success Coordinator, you will support logistics operations, manage customer and carrier communications, process quotes and orders, track shipments and claims, and ensure smooth, data-driven workflows across systems and teams.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in customer service, operations coordination, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel (reporting, pivot tables, formulas)
- Comfort working with TMS / CRM systems and resolving operational issues
- Comfort learning and working with AI tools and modern marketing platforms (no coding required)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in logistics or freight industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours
Your Daily Tasks
Operations, Quoting & Order Entry
- Set up new customer accounts in the TMS and internal systems
- Prepare and send accurate freight quotes
- Enter and manage customer orders in the TMS
- Track KPIs such as shipments, claims, opportunities, and response rates
- Monitor in-transit shipments and support exception management
- Manage freight claims, including documentation, submissions, tracking, and reporting
Customer & Carrier Communication / Support
- Act as a key contact for customers and carriers on shipment updates and scheduling
- Respond promptly to inquiries with clear and professional communication
- Coordinate with carriers to resolve delivery, scheduling, and accessorial issues
- Support inbound and outbound customer emails
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list updates and inbox monitoring
- Support sales operations through CRM updates and lead tracking
TMS & Issue Resolution
- Maintain accurate data within the Transportation Management System
- Troubleshoot basic TMS issues and escalate when necessary
- Ensure data integrity across connected systems
