We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Content Specialist who lives and breathes TikTok and short-form content. Will work closely with the Creative Director and other Content Specialists to conceptualize, write, and help produce content that's engaging, on-trend, and aligned with brands and client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spot and research emerging TikTok trends, sounds, and formats relevant to our brands and clients.
  • Write captions, hooks, and short-form video scripts that fit different brand tones and audiences.
  • Support in content planning, scheduling, and idea pitching using the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Creative Director, editors, designers, and talents to bring ideas to life.
  • Analyze post-performance and suggest creative improvements based on insights and engagement.
  • Contribute to content calendars, campaign briefs, and creative decks for upcoming projects.

Job Qualifications:

  • Up to date with TikTok culture, trends, and algorithm behavior.
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Skilled in creative writing and storytelling for short-form video content.
  • Familiar with the Google ecosystem (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides).
  • Cap Cut knowledge is a strong plus — basic editing or familiarity with templates is valuable.
  • Hands on experience with Canva, ChatGPT, or AI content tools is an advantage.
  • Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working under creative timelines.
  • Can start ASAP.
