We're looking for a creative and data-driven Creative Content & Marketing Specialist to develop and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will be responsible for creating and distributing high-quality, relevant, and compelling content across various formats and channels, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and marketing objectives. Use your design, writing, and project management skills to make a meaningful impact We are seeking for a versatile professional proficient in Canva and other editing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Design

  • Create branded graphics and layouts in Canva.
  • Create compelling visuals and promotional materials using Canva or other editing tools
  • Design products beyond templates, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Edit and prepare short-form videos and produce polished Reels for social media platforms

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain a content calendar across all social media platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across channels.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Enhances online engagement through strategic initiatives, creative content, and consistent branding.

Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with brand goals
  • Stay informed on beauty industry trends and competitors
  • Provide feedback and recommendations based on performance insights, with actionable improvement suggestions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry
  • Proficiency in Canva and other editing/design tools
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
  • Must have a portfolio showcasing previous marketing or design work
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to visual detail
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Bahay Toro, Quezon City
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
