YOUR IMPACT Limo Dispatch Coordinator

  • Coordinate and dispatch limousine drivers based on customer bookings and service requests
  • Monitor real-time trip schedules and respond to changes, delays, or emergencies Communicate effectively with chauffeurs to provide trip details, addresses, and client preferences
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, trip records, and customer interaction reports
  • Liaise with clients to confirm reservations, special requests, and service updates
  • Use dispatching software or GPS tracking tools to assign and monitor jobs efficiently
  • Ensure all chauffeurs are in compliance with company policies, dress code, and service standards
  • Handle last-minute booking changes, cancellations, and urgent transportation needs
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist in resolving any service issues or customer complaints in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation dispatch, preferably in limousine or chauffeur services
  • Strong knowledge of local geography, traffic patterns, and airport procedures (if applicable)
  • Proficiency in dispatch or fleet management software (e.g., LimoAnywhere, GroundWidgets, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, or holidays if required

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver scheduling best practices
  • Previous customer service experience in the transportation or hospitality industry

WORK ENVIRONMENT
