LECHONERIA FESTIVAL MALL ALABANG

Position: BOH: Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities:

 Track all food orders and coordinate timing for hot and cold items.

 Check food presentation and order accuracy before release.

 Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to manage priorities.

 Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispatch area.

 Assist in takeout and delivery packaging when needed.

 Report kitchen delays or order issues to supervisors immediately.

 Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

 Experience in food service, preferably kitchen operations or dispatching.

 Strong communication and coordination skills.

 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

 Detail-oriented and calm under pressure.
