Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Full Stack Developer with strong frontend skills in , React, and Tailwind CSS, and robust backend experience with AWS, Docker, GitHub, and headless CMS platforms like Strapi. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, performant web applications and enjoys working across the stack, from UI/UX to cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using , React, and Tailwind CSS.

  • Build and integrate backend services using , Express, and REST/GraphQL APIs.

  • Customize and manage headless CMS platforms (Strapi, Contentful, Sanity) for dynamic content delivery.

  • Deploy and manage applications on Netlify, Vercel, and AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront).

  • Implement dynamic website functionality and ensure smooth deployment to Netlify or similar platforms

  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions or similar tools.

  • Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, SEO, and accessibility.
    • Implement SSR/SSG strategies for fast-loading, SEO-friendly pages.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and the Technology team to deliver intuitive user experiences.

  • Ensure websites are optimized for performance, scalability, SEO, and accessibility.

  • Monitor and improve application performance using tools like Lighthouse, Sentry, and New Relic.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and modern workflows.

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and modern frontend workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

  • Proven experience with React, , and Tailwind CSS.

  • Solid understanding of backend development, including , Express, and API integration.

  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.

  • Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront) and cloud architecture.

  • Experience deploying applications on Netlify, Vercel, or similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation).

  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library) is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub Flow, PR reviews).

  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB).

  • Experience consuming and designing third-party APIs.

  • Experience setting up CI/CD workflows for staging and production environments.

  • Experience working in agile environments with tools like Jira or Linear.

  • Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, from requirements to production.

  • Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools preferred.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet critical deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development

  • Experience in the legal and or recruiting/staffing industry is a plus.

  • Familiarity with marketing workflows and CMS-driven content strategies is beneficial
