Key Responsibilities

  • Full Stack Feature Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end features for our web applications.
  • Frontend Development: Build responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces using , React, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Backend Development: Create, maintain, and document robust and secure RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and Django (and Django REST Framework).
  • Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient queries, and manage data using PostgreSQL (or other relational databases).
  • Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage application deployment, monitoring, and scaling on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Key services may include EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, and Amplify.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers in an agile environment to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
  • Proven expertise in the Frontend Stack:
  • Deep understanding of App Router, Pages Router, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and API Routes.
  • React: Strong proficiency with Hooks, state management (Context API, Zustand, or Redux), and component lifecycle.
  • Tailwind CSS: Experience building custom, responsive designs efficiently.
  • Proven expertise in the Backend Stack:
  • Python: Strong knowledge of the language and its best practices.
  • Django & Django REST Framework: Experience building and securing APIs, working with models, views, serializers, and authentication.
  • Database Proficiency: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, including schema design and optimization.
  • AWS Experience: Practical knowledge of core AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFront).
  • Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
