Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for two Full Stack Developers — one Lead Engineer and one Mid-Level Developer — to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with TypeScript, NextJS, NestJS, and PostgreSQL (with pg-vector extension). The role involves end-to-end development, from server creation (MCP-server) to client-facing delivery, with opportunities to work on cutting-edge and data-driven projects.

Fluency in English and professionalism in client communication are essential, as some clients may interact directly with team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using NextJS (frontend) and NestJS (backend).
  • Design, implement, and optimize databases using PostgreSQL, including pg-vector extension.
  • Build and manage MCP-server and other backend services.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, ML specialists, and data engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (3–7 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, NextJS, and NestJS frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including pg-vector extension.
  • Experience with API development, server management, and system architecture.
  • For Lead Engineer: Experience leading small dev teams and overseeing full project cycles.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients confidently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
