
Admin Assistant

Position Objectives:
- Provide sales admin support in the areas of Sales Management, Commissions and Incentives, Option Sales Monitoring, and other functions as assigned.
- Ensures the smooth implementation of approved sales admin policies and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that all commissions and incentives are processed and released using the most possible turn-around time
- Ascertains the confidentiality and security of all information with regards to seller and buyer accounts
- Coordinates with proper internal groups for smooth processing of commissions and incentives
- Creates an atmosphere of customer service to all members of the organization
- Ascertains that all concerns of buyers/sellers/organic employees are resolved in most immediate time possible
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Business Management or equivalent
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Preferably with at least 1 year of related work experience
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Open to fresh graduates
