We are looking for talented, dynamic professionals to join our team ASAP for a Hybrid (Makati/Taguig) work setup We are hiring for two distinct, high-impact roles.


Position 1: SAP Functional Lead (Consultant Level)

This is a senior consulting role focused on bridging the gap between business strategy and the SAP ecosystem. You will be instrumental in translating business-level initiatives into technical solutions and overseeing the development team.

About the Role

As the SAP Functional Lead, you will act as the crucial conveyor between our client's third-party business partners and their internal SAP team. This role operates at a Consultant level, requiring a higher degree of business and functional expertise than typical programmer, analyst, business analyst, or project manager roles.

Non-Negotiables & Key Qualifications
  • Business-to-Technical Translation: Proven ability to translate business-level initiatives to technical requirements and vice versa.
  • SAP Ecosystem Expertise: Can effectively translate functional requirements to the SAP ecosystem and understand the system implications of business needs.
  • Multi-Module Experience: At least 3 SAP Modules involvement (e.g., SAP FICO, S/4HANA, SD, MM, PP, etc.), with experience in integration, migration, or major projects across these modules.
  • Business Aligned: Possesses a strong business-aligned mindset; not overly focused on technical aspects.
  • Technical Acumen: Able to perform fixed code level changes in SAP (debugging and minor corrections).
  • Leadership: Able to oversee a team of SAP Developers/Consultants to ensure successful delivery.

Position 2: Data Visualization Engineer

We are seeking a BI professional with strong experience in creating clear, insightful, and actionable data visualizations to support business decision-making.

Key Qualifications
  • BI Focus: Must have solid BI (Business Intelligence) related experience.
  • Business Objects Expertise: Experience working with SAP Business Objects is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant BI or Data Visualization role.
