Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced SAP SD - OTC Integration Principal Engineer based in the Philippines. This role focuses on providing expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) with seamless integration to other modules (e.g., FICO, MM, EWM), third-party, and in-house applications. You will lead business analysis, process optimization, and agile-driven solutioning to support Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expertise in SD integrations using BAPI, Web Services, RFC, SOAP UI, Postman, and APIs.
  • Conduct business analysis for standard processes and finance functions, applying best practices and requirements elicitation techniques.
  • Define clear user stories and objectives using Agile methodologies; facilitate sessions with stakeholders via documentation, modeling, and workshops.
  • Lead fit/gap analyses, design decisions, process re-engineering, and technical solutioning.
  • Perform SAP SD configuration, own module responsibilities, and provide application support to resolve incidents within SLAs.
  • Excel in communication, listening, and facilitation to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in SAP SD projects, with strong analytical and integration skills; OTC focus preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP integrations; familiarity with other modules (FICO, MM, EWM) is a plus.
  • Abilities: Solutioning expertise in requirements organization, design, testing, and configuration; excellent communication to bridge user needs and technical work.
  • Methodologies: Agile and user story experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., SAP SD) advantageous.
