We are seeking an experienced SAP PO Applications Lead
to oversee the end-to-end management, design, and support of SAP Process Orchestration solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, solid leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to collaborate across business and IT teams. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, driving enhancements, managing incidents and change requests, and aligning SAP PO processes with organizational standards and business needs.

Primary Skills/Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in SAP PO configuration, design, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with SAP ECC integration and related modules (TRM, CLM, BPC).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, change management, and service delivery frameworks.
  • Experience in system health monitoring, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.

Key Competencies

  1. Ability to translate business requirements into technical/functional solutions and define necessary customizations or configurations.
  2. Proven expertise in SAP PO, with knowledge of SAP ECC (TRM, CLM, BPC, etc.) and integrated applications preferred.
  3. Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) with a consistent record of performance and innovative problem-solving.
  4. Customer service-oriented with at least 7 years of experience in SAP PO application support, consulting, or governance/service delivery leadership.
  5. Highly collaborative, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and stewardship in the workplace.
