Job Summary

The Revenue Associate supports the hotel's revenue management activities by assisting in the accurate upkeep of pricing, room availability, and promotions across various distribution channels. The role helps ensure that Online Travel Agency (OTA) listings, rates, and content are properly maintained and supports the team in monitoring performance to help the hotel achieve its revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Pricing Support

  • Assist in updating approved room rates, packages, and promotions on OTAs, the hotel website, and internal systems.
  • Help monitor competitor pricing and market trends to support revenue decisions.
  • Ensure room inventory is accurately reflected across all channels.

OTA & Distribution Coordination

  • Maintain accurate content, photos, and descriptions on OTA platforms.
  • Check OTA dashboards to ensure rate parity, availability, and promotions are correct.
  • Track basic OTA performance metrics and flag opportunities or issues to the Revenue Officer/Manager.
  • Coordinate with the channel manager or PMS provider for minor mapping or availability concerns.

Reporting & Data Support

  • Generate and update daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy and revenue reports.
  • Assist in gathering data for budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
  • Help analyze booking trends and channel performance under the guidance of the Revenue Officer/Manager.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Reservations to ensure alignment on occupancy updates and booking status.
  • Work with Finance for basic checks related to OTA commissions and invoices.
  • Support Marketing in updating promotions and ensuring alignment across channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 
    1 year
     of experience in hotel reservations, front office, OTA handling, or related revenue support tasks.
  • Basic understanding of OTAs, channel managers, and property management systems (PMS).
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
